What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at The Furniture Gallery?
The Furniture Gallery is a locally owned and operated family business with locations in Windham, Augusta and Bangor
Store hours are Monday through Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-4
We are actively looking to hire a sales associate for our Bangor store
Prior sales experience would be preferred however The Furniture Gallery and our vendor representatives provide on the job training for all employees
Ideal candidates are competitive, goal oriented with the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales, greeting customers, answering phones, creating and maintaining accurate sales orders and reports plus other clerical duties
· Cash handling and basic math skills are required
· Competent computer skills are a must
