What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at THE GABLES ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE?
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and furniture.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
