Job Title: Senior Configuration Subject Matter Expert
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Senior Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Responsible for implementing the User Stories which are within the customer’s backlog.
• Perform development and configuration within the backlog on the Pega platform and utilizing an automated development process that is consistent with Pega capabilities and development standards.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing Pega in projects of similar size and scope and experience.
• Prior experience with risk management and internal controls.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA)
