Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and interacting with community members. Daily tasks will include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams to enhance overall social media presence.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Content Strategy development
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
- Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or entertainment/gaming company.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Proven experience with cross-promotional content strategies (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X).
- Exceptional writing skills, with experience in copywriting, content creation, and blog writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in community management and audience engagement.
- Comfortable working on-site in Las Vegas and available for occasional weekends or live event support.
- Passion for gaming, esports, music, and digital culture.
