Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards
- Writing and implementing their own lesson plans based on Delaware state and The Goddard Developmental Guidelines
- Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
Qualifications
- A nurturing teaching style and team player attitude
- TECE 1 and TECE 2, or CDA
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (Preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and communication skills
