Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Rio Rico, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress reports to monitor patient improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
