HHA/CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure pursuits
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers and exercise
- Assist in medication administration under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Record data in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) and report any changes of resident status to RN
- Perform light homemaking duties such as cleaning, cooking, etc.

Qualifications
HHA/CNA QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Active on the MN CNA Registry OR documentation of having taken the CNA 75-hour course preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
