What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Game Master position at The Great Escape Room Challenge?
Game Master
We are looking for new team members for our facility. We have escape rooms for kids and adults.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Manage and facilitate game sessions for players
- Explain game rules and provide guidance to players
- Monitor game progress and ensure a fun and engaging experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay
- Other tasks consisting of cleaning facility, vacuum, mop, bathrooms, windows etc.
Experience:
- Any experience with kids would be a plus. We will train otherwise. This is a great entry level job for students who are currently going to school or between college.
