THE ROLE
The Great Greek is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor who is passionate about delivering food with great quality and taste, focused on food safety execution, and providing an incredible guest experience.

Required to work 30-40 hours/week
Monday-Sunday depending on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the kitchen operations and daily food execution
- Manage a store team to execute on restaurant-driven standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Managing food waste to company standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Management and BOH experience (Restaurant preferred)
- Capable of managing a team of 5-25 people
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in high quality food and service
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and safety standards
- Physical Requirement: Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
