Insulation Sales Consultant

Base Salary : $50,000-$52,000 starting salary Uncapped Sales Commission

Role Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Insulation Sales Consultant to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insulation solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Your goal will be to help customers make informed decisions about energy-efficient solutions that enhance comfort and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to assess their insulation needs
  • Present and explain the benefits of our energy-efficient insulation products
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales activities
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Qualifications :

    Proven track record in sales or a related field

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Customer relationship management (CRM) experience

    Strong organizational and time management abilities

    Ability to educate clients on energy efficiency and insulation benefits

    Knowledge of insulation products or the construction industry is a plus

    Experience working with residential or commercial clients is a bonus

    Compensation & Benefits :

    Base Salary : $52,000-$60,000 annually

    Uncapped sales commission – earn based on your performance
