Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces for move in/move outs, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning appliances and sanitizing surfaces
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential shared spaces (laundry rooms/hallways), including dusting, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely to meet established standards
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow specific instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with residents and team members
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites
- Ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and reaching
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and excellent communication skills are essential
- Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
