The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) is now hiring a full-time Licensed Clinician (BCBA, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT) to work with children diagnosed with autism or other special healthcare needs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll be part of our team of experienced and creative professionals, providing clinical oversight and staff supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children and youth between the ages of 3 and 21.
Requirements: Candidates must have licensure (BCBA, LICSW, LCSW or LMFT), prior experience working with children with special healthcare needs, excellent writing and documentation skills.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor include:
- Working with families and clients
- Conducting Assessments (Vineland, VBMAPP, FBA, ABLLS)
- Writing goals and objectives for skill acquisition
- Maintain case records
- Direct training/supervision of Direct Support staff
- Providing comprehensive home-based treatment
- Collaborate with families and advocate for the clients we serve
- Advocate for the clients and families we serve
- Clinical supervision of one practicum/internship/trainee per year.
