Job Title: Direct Support Professional- Halcyon Residential- Starting at $17.50/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem shifts are available

Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering on-going education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!

Education, Experience and Skills: Must have a High School diploma, valid driver's license and insured auto.
Experience with working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is preferred, but we also welcome persons new to the field who are willing to learn and make a difference!
