What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mow Crew Member position at The Grounds Guys of East Wichita?
Specific Responsibilities:
-Performs landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, weedeating and trimming.
-Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, commercial mowers, blowers and line trimmers.
-Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under the supervision of the team leader.
-Positive attitude , customer-focused service and a high regard for company image.
-High level of dependability and trustworthiness.
-Attention to detail.
-Use professionalism and friendly demeanor when in contact with customers.
-Effectively communicate with crew members and contribute to the team environment.
Job Requirements:
-Availability Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.
-Valid driver's license with clean record.
-Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements associated with this position.
Pay rate depends on experience $12-$15 per hour.
