At The Grounds Guys, we are looking for the right people to grow with and we are currently in need of a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader.

Core Job Duties:
o Provide Legendary Customer Service
o Team Leader of a crew of up to 3 persons, performing tasks such as mowing, weeding, cleanups, pruning, mulch, plant, and sod installation, etc.
o Responsible for crew’s quality performance
o Responsible for crew’s productivity performance
o Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment
o Trains & Develops crew members insure proper safety and work techniques are being used
o Communicates professionally with clients, employees, the general public, and management
o Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
- Eager to learn and acquire new skills
- Complete customers lawn and landscaping needs in a timely, professional manner

Requirements:
- Two years’ experience in landscaping OR outside work
- Ability to supervise up to 3 people
- Valid Driver’s License without a major violation
- Be Drug Free and Committed to Staying Drug Free
- Be able to communicate with crews and customers in English
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Salary : $17 - $20
