What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader position at The Grounds Guys of Rowlett?
- Weekly lawn mowing, edging, and string trimming around trees and beds
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Manage employee(s) and be responsible for maintenance of assigned equipment
- Valid Texas Driver license
- 1 years of relevant lawn care and/or landscape experience
- Knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Must be able to operate a mid-size truck with a trailer, and learn to operate motorized equipment
- Work effectively with office personnel and team members
- Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision.
- Must be able to work on an occasion Saturday if needed.
