Job Title: Programs Supervisor

Compensation: $32/hour - $35/hour
Position Summa
ryThe Programs Supervisor provides day-to-day frontline oversight and leadership for multiple THLP service areas, including Community Outreach, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Justice-Involved Services (JI), and Community Health Worker (CHW) programs. This individual ensures consistent, high-quality program delivery by supervising staff, monitoring service effectiveness, and reporting on outcomes to the Director of Operations & Program
s.

- ams.Oversee scheduling, workflow management, and service delivery for outreach, ECM, JI, and CHW progr
- ams.Conduct routine quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to all program policies, billing procedures, and documentation standa
- rds.Monitor participant engagement and service outcomes; ensure timely and accurate data entry and report
- ing.Support problem-solving and provide real-time decision-making to ensure continuity of c
- are.Prepare and deliver weekly operational reports and updates to the Director of Operations & Progr
- ams.Coordinate staff schedules, coverage plans, and resource allocations based on program ne
- eds.Participate in staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development initiati
- ves.Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and external stakeholders as direc
- ted.Perform other duties as assigned to support THLP’s mission and operati
ons.
Minimum Qualific
- ationsAssociate’s degree in human services, social work, public health, or a related field (bachelor’s degree prefe
- rred).Minimum of 2 years experience in the human services, behavioral health, or social services
- field.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide
- teams.Certified Substance Use Counselor and/or Peer Support Specialist (PSS) strongly pref
- erred.Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking s
- kills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prior
- ities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-based se
- tting.Must have access to an insured vehicle and valid California driver’s li
- cense.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings or weekends as n
