Reports to: Director of Programs

Location: On-site – Various Program Locations

Schedule: Full-Time (Hours Vary)

Compensation: $32/hour - $35/hour

Position Summa

ryThe Programs Supervisor provides day-to-day frontline oversight and leadership for multiple THLP service areas, including Community Outreach, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Justice-Involved Services (JI), and Community Health Worker (CHW) programs. This individual ensures consistent, high-quality program delivery by supervising staff, monitoring service effectiveness, and reporting on outcomes to the Director of Operations & Program

Minimum Qualific

• ationsAssociate’s degree in human services, social work, public health, or a related field (bachelor’s degree prefe
• rred).Minimum of 2 years experience in the human services, behavioral health, or social services
• field.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide
• teams.Certified Substance Use Counselor and/or Peer Support Specialist (PSS) strongly pref
• erred.Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking s
• kills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prior
• ities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-based se
• tting.Must have access to an insured vehicle and valid California driver’s li
