Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company. This includes recording all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Record all financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
