We are the first federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the state of Ohio and one of the earliest established in the entire United States. We are seeking an Ohio licensed practitioner with a DDS or DMD degree. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to excellence and the ability to work in a team environment.
