What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant position at The Help Company?
Do you have a passion for helping people? We are looking for an empathetic, organized, warm and tech savvy assistant to help the owner of a fabulous boutique recruiting company in West Los Angeles. This role will focus on managing the phones, manage the internal database, checking references, following up with clients, scheduling meetings and generally doing whatever is needed to support the busy owner! You’ll work in a lovely art filled office Monday-Friday, in a vibrant neighborhood.
We’d love to find an assistant who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and dealing with dynamic personalities. You will be helping the mission of the company: finding amazing people to place is special domestic and corporate jobs. If you have a history of babysitting in the past, or any connection to the domestic staffing world, we would love to meet you. You are patient, friendly and truly enjoy helping others. Please have a college degree, and at least 3 years of assistant experience with excellent references to be considered.
