What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Captain position at THE HILL PARTNERSHIP INC?
YOUR ROLE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project Managers and Project Architects in 3D modeling and documentation in Revit
- Work from Design Development through Construction Documents project phases
- Assist in mentoring less experienced staff members
- Coordinate with project designers and engineering consultants
- Maintain quality control of document coordination and graphics
- Address constructability comments, plan check corrections, and senior staff review comment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- 3 years minimum full-time experience in an architecture practice, preferably in the Senior Living or Education market sectors
- Experience in design development and construction documentation
- Knowledge of detailing and construction
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Revit skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
