Reset Specialist

Job Summary Coordinates a variety of field projects including new store sets, re-sets, and conversions to ensure that the company provides value added services to customers.  Essential Job Functions* Works with Hillman corporate staff and customers to plan, schedule, and implement projects. Addresses and resolves issues in a timely manner. Coordinates the successful assembly of product displays and merchandising systems at customer locations. Supervises temporary employees and third-party merchandisers at customer locations. Maintains excellent customer relations at the store level. Serves as a back up to Sales and Service Representatives as needed. Maintains ongoing communication with supervisor. Submits required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Maintains required records and manages expenses within company budgets. Maintains a current knowledge of company products, field operations, and customer account specifications. Travels constantly within the United States Work involves frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, climbing, and lifting. Education & Experience  High school diploma or equivalent Two years field service or merchandising experience, preferable in a large-scale retail environment. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows Knowledge of plan-o-grams - able to work off plan-o-grams in an efficient manner. Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organization, planning skills, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and deal tactfully with the public. Able to travel 80 - 90% of the time. Maintains a valid driver license and vehicle insurance. Able to operate a motor vehicle safely and lift 50 pounds.
