About the Company


We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-scaling AI-native finance technology company to identify a high-impact Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of a category-defining enterprise software business and operate as a true force multiplier to the CEO. The company is building a modern, automated finance platform used by sophisticated mid-market and enterprise teams. Backed by leading institutional investors, the business is experiencing rapid growth and increasing customer demand. The CEO is seeking a Chief of Staff who can help maintain focus, increase operating velocity, and bring structure as the organization continues to scale.


About the Role

This role is ideal for a strategic operator with strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.


Responsibilities

  • Translate company strategy into clear operating plans, priorities, and internal/board communications
  • Act as the CEO’s thought partner and execution arm, ensuring focus, alignment, and velocity
  • Lead and execute cross-functional special projects that unlock revenue, efficiency, or clarity
  • Support high-stakes sales efforts through deal preparation, customer communications, and bottleneck removal
  • Serve as connective tissue across teams—surfacing insights, resolving friction, and reinforcing company culture
  • Shift comfortably between day-to-day execution and long-range strategic planning


Qualifications

  • A track record of meaningful impact across operations, strategy, product, sales, or internal initiatives
  • Experience (2 years) in a high-growth tech company, startup, or similarly dynamic environment. Fintech, SaaS, series A or similar.


Required Skills

  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to break down complex problems and drive decisions
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills, including drafting materials on behalf of leadership
  • A systems-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • High accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset; consulting, investing, or founder experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Tools & Tech: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT / LLMs, Linear, HubSpot, Gong — and an openness to adopting new tools as the business evolves.


Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $170,000–$190,000/year benefits
