Schedule : 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts; must have flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Final schedule to be determined.

Salary Range : $86,000 - $110,000 depending on experience up to 10% annual bonus

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our fruit production and sanitation operations in Royal City, WA. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed. The final schedule will be determined based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and sanitation, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, quality, and safety within our facilities. Additionally, this role will supervise a team of at least 15 hourly employees, which may increase to up to 250 during peak seasons.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of production management experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
