Position Purpose | Provides caregiver services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s). |

As a Caregiver, You Will:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
- Engage residents in conversation and activities to promote their well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
