The Hopkins Law Firm in Gainesville, Virginia seeks motivated Associate Attorney with 1 year of litigation experience to join a small team of attorneys and supporting staff. Firm may be willing to consider an attorney with no prior litigation experience but has a strong interest in litigation and family law. This position involves supporting the Principal and working with an Associate Attorney, client consultations, representing clients at trial and during negotiations, preparing legal documents and pleadings, and following implemented general office procedures. This position includes case work in the jurisdictions of Prince William County, Fauquier County, Loudoun County, and Fairfax County.
Job Requirements:
