Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists with coordinating treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessments. Follow plan of care. Provide scheduled wound treatments as ordered by physician. Assists with patient, family and staff education regarding wound management, prevention of pressure ulcers, support surfaces, dressing selections and other therapies. Assists with performance improvement plan of the organization.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of state approved school of nursing and has passed the stat board examination.
- Current state Licensed Professional Nurse Licensure.
- Current BLS Certification
