We are operating a new renovated Extended Stay Hotel in Orange, TX.
Looking for Professional, Charming, Friendly Sales Oriented Agent. From generating group sales leads to book group hotel rooms to direct billing for hotel with local refineries and chemical plants. Must have experience in sales calling and outbound sales.
Also will be willing to work front desk hours and help staff as needed to service guest and handle operational responsibilities.
Benefits:
Monthly Performance Bonus based on Guest Satisfaction Hotel Policy.
Individually and as Team member Earn an average of an extra $.50 to $2 on top of base pay based on monthly guest satisfaction reviews and hotel performance.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Customer Service relevant, 4 year (Preferred)
- Sales, Cold Calling, Field Sales, 2 year (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to Self Start and Get Leads _________________________________________________________________________________
General Responsibilities:
- GUEST Sales Agent - Check-in/out Reservations, Get sales leads, book group sales, help with front desk responsibilities and lead guest room quality control inceptions.
- Respond to all guest leads and hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner
- Front desk duties and hours.
Guest Services : Participates in the culture that strives to meet or exceed customer expectations. Specifically: When CheckIn/CheckOut - Phone Reservations,
- Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by proactively responding to guest needs.
- Proactively partners with staff to deliver value-added customer service programs, in accordance with brand and company standards.
- Communicates to guests about hospitality promotions, local attractions, and points of interest.
Grooming: All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
Safety and Security: Supports the hotel management staff in creating and reinforcing a work space culture that emphasizes safety and security, specifically:
- Recognizes, reports, and corrects conditions which may create security and safety hazards.
- Understands and adheres to policies and procedures for the hotel’s key control system.
Minimum Requirements: BI-LINGUAL (Preferred)

Work Authorization:
Present two forms of ID, ready to use. They must be original, valid, and up to date (not copies). They can be your drivers license, social security card, passport or birth certificate.
