The Role : Lighting Sales Associate (Advanced Training Program)
Step into a role designed to illuminate your career path in the lighting and design industry. This position serves as a launching pad for building foundational knowledge in lighting solutions, design principles, and customer engagement.
Through our immersive training and mentorship, youll be on a fast track to becoming a certified lighting professional, poised for further advancement within our ranks.
Career Progression and Earnings Potential :
Initial Training Phase (6-12 Months) : Start with a competitive base salary from $40,000 annually, plus milestone bonus incentives, while participating in our extensive training program.
This phase includes completing the American Lighting Association (ALA) exama crucial step in your professional development.
Advancement Opportunities : Upon successful completion of the ALA exam and demonstrating your readiness, youll have the opportunity to advance and start earning sales commissions.
Total initial earnings can range from $50K to $65K annually, based on performance and sales success.
Path to ALA Certified Lighting Specialist : Excelling as a Lighting Sales Associate opens the door to further certification.
Within approximately 9 to 12 months, becoming an ALA Certified Lighting Specialist can significantly increase your earning potential, starting from $65K upwards, inclusive of salary and commissions.
Bonused Milestones : We recognize and reward your progression through training milestones like the ALA exam, achievement of sales targets, and certifications.

This full-time, in-person role includes working 4 weekdays and Saturdays, with one weekday off which will be determined upon the hire date.
Our dynamic showroom environment provides a balanced and consistent schedule.
