Job Title : Shop Welder / Fabricator

Location : Midland

Job Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Shop Welder / Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, the ability to work independently , and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform welding and fabrication of metal components
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other shop tools
  • Work independently to complete projects efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for custom builds
  • Ability to source and procure welding equipment and steel

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in various welding Stick / MIG / TIG welding and fabrication
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
