The HR SOURCE, a boutique staffing firm specializing in the placement of Human Resource professionals, is growing and seeking a full desk Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Looking for something different? In this position, you will perform recruiting duties (65%) and business development (35%) for all HR SOURCE lines of business including Contract and Direct Placement staffing services for Human Resource Professionals as well as some Administrative. You will also recruit HR consultants for our Outsourced , HR Consulting and HR ON Call services.
Recruiting duties will include:
· Source candidates via Social Media, Internet, internal database, a variety of job boards and networking in order to develop a pipeline of qualified and available candidates.
· Telephone screen, interview and test (as required) candidates for a variety of positions.
· Coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, make job offers to candidates, and oversee all onboardings.
· Provide regular follow up with clients and employees for active assignments.
· Manage internal candidate retention programs via periodic contact with applicant via phone and e-mail campaigns.
· Respond to and resolve employee relations issues at various client sites.
Business Development duties will include:
· Secure job orders from existing and potential customers by means of contacting them by phone, email, and or visiting customer facility as required.
· Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
· Proactively develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
· Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
· Deliver ongoing market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
· Attend professional association meetings as a means of recruiting clients and applicants.
Must Have:
· A strong love for "the hunt" for great candidates and clients
· Ability to manage 10 unique req’s including purple squirrels
· Ability to follow The HR SOURCE’s recruiting SOP’s.
· Proven successful experience in the staffing industry.
· A strong desire to meet and exceed established goals.
· Passion for recruiting and experience in pipeline building.
· Strong social networks and ability to utilize your network to source candidates.
· The ability to think "outside of the box"
