Position Summary:

As the Revenue Operations Manager you will be the strategic driver behind Salesforce optimization and the architect of key sales processes. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce across the sales organization, ensuring that the CRM is not only optimized but also aligned with the company’s growth and go-to-market strategies. This role will manage the sales CRM and internal technology systems to remove roadblocks and obstacles among the Account Executive and sales Leadership teams.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle process and internal technology systems to remove roadblocks and obstacles among the Account Executive and sales Leadership teams.
  • Find areas to streamline processes and optimize system functionality to support business goals and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Work closely with outside sales and internal operations teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices across the sales organization.
  • Develop and manage sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Manage/audit data hygiene in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency amongst sales teams.
  • Serve as the custodian of sales data integrity within our CRM system
  • Assist in formulating standard sales process and routines with team members and various functional groups.
  • Provide support and resources to the sales team to facilitate successful sales outcomes and address any challenges.
  • Performs other duties/responsibilities as requested.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 years of relevant experience in relevant field
  • 3 years experience creating and using standard BI and/or other reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • 2 years experience with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications

The national pay range for this role is $78,000- $95,000 year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
