Foot/vehicle patrolling of resort grounds to ensure that areas are secure and free of unauthorized persons and disturbances
Foot patrolling of the interior and perimeter of the hotel's to observe and identify potential safety and security risk or undesirable conditions
Evaluating situations and making logical decisions on how to proceed and direct work
Answering security telephone and respond in a timely manner
Administering CPR/First Aid
Checking ID of visitor/employees as necessary
Accessing secured areas for authorized personnel
Responding to emergency situations, including medical, security, guest complaints, etc
Responding to altercations and investigate
Checking for safety hazards
Having knowledge of hotel and guest room locking systems
Completing incident/accident reports in a clear and concise manner
Conducting investigations relative to property losses, guest and employee accidents and illnesses, crimes against the resort
Providing escorts to persons carrying money or other requests
Using proper radio etiquette at all times
Maintaining and reviewing daily activity log
Maintaining confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents
