The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit organization that provides treatment and behavior support to children diagnosed with mental health disorders. We were founded in 1997 and provide quality IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) in Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks County.
Job Duties:
- Implement the authorized treatment plan with a single identified client.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Submit all required weekly paperwork as scheduled.
- Ensure that training and supervision is received according to IBHS regulations.
Compensation and benefits:
- $20.00 per hour billable rate
- $10.00 per hour paid training

Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and complete 40 hours of training covering RBT Task List
- One year experience as Behavior Health Technician preferred
- Experience with children
- Maintain training and supervision requirements per IBHS regulations
