Duties

• Educate clients on Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare solutions.
• Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of Medicare plans with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current Medicare trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
