Role: Contract Audit Attorney / Paralegal
Duration: 3-6 month Project
Pay: $25/hour
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Must work Mon - Fri MST/PST
Seeking a detail‑oriented legal professional to support a high‑volume contract audit and reconciliation project. This role focuses on reviewing, validating, and updating contract records in the C365 Contract Management Platform and entering licensing agreements into Octane5.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit a large inventory of contracts in C365 to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compare system records against legal file copies; verify versions, attachments, and key terms
- Correct, upload, and update contract documents and metadata
- Enter licensing agreements into Octane5, ensuring all licensing data is properly captured
- Provide weekly progress reports and a final audit reconciliation summary
Ideal Background
- Licensed attorney with 1–3 years’ experience or a highly skilled paralegal
- Strong contract review or contract management experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with C365 or similar contract systems (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working independently
