The Job Center is currently hiring for a Quality Control Associate, 1st shift positions in the Shepherdsville area! This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation of Warehouse Workers
18 per hour
Benefits include : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent / Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Warehouse Workers
POSITION DETAILS
Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
Participate in routine visual inspections
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Other quality control tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required.
Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with 3PL WMS system preferred, including inventory activity transactions and reporting. Experience with QSSI PowerHouse WMS system is a plus.
Proficiency with Windows 7 or 10 Pro, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
