Chiropractor

The Joint Chiropractic is currently interviewing ambitious Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) for full-time and part-time positions in our clinics in the Denver Metro area (9th & Colorado, University Hills, Aurora, DTC, Lakewood, Littleton, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Lone Tree). The Joint’s mission is to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care, and our Colorado network of clinics is part of a national organization utilizing an exciting new health care delivery model supported by a well-funded marketing campaign. Additionally, we have positions available for coverage work should you be interested.

The main features of our chiropractic care are:

● Our Clinic Directors can earn $73,000 to $90,000 after one year of employment based on the success of the clinic.

● Our lead DCs participate in the financial success of our clinics through a compensation structure that includes both a competitive base salary and incentive bonuses.

● Our full-time DCs receive a Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement program.

● Our full-time and part-time DCs receive paid malpractice insurance.

● Our full-time DCs receive two weeks paid time off.

● Our clinics are supported by national and local marketing campaigns that have been shown to consistently generate a substantial number of new patients every month.

● Our financial model is entirely cash-based -- no insurance forms, no PI attorneys, no monthly billing, no third-party insurance audits, no collections stress, and no worries.

● Our professionally designed clinics are conveniently located in upscale retail centers and are equipped with state of the art adjustment tables and computer systems.

● Our documentation standards are compliant with Colorado and federal regulations. SOAP notes and exam sheets are all computerized and backed up daily on a national software system that eliminates virtually all paperwork.

● Our exciting new professional paradigm allows you to focus your professional skills and energy on treating patients, without all of the long, drawn out procedures and business hassles associated with traditional chiropractic clinics.
