What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Coordinator position at The Joint Chiropractic?
This can be full time or part time position. ALL employees work 1 weekend day per week. The shifts available are Saturday 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

*Complete transaction using point of sale software and ensure all patients accounts are current and accurate
*Have strong phone and computer skills
* Participate in marketing/sale opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics
*Be able to prioritize and preform multiple tasks
*Educate patient on wellness offering and services
* Share personal Chiropractic experience stories
* Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients
* Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in and organized manner
Essential Responsibilities:
-Providing excellent service to members and patients.
-The Wellness Coordinator primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
-Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members/patients into see the Chiropractor.
-Answering Phone Calls
-Staying updated on memberships options, packages and promotions
-Recognizing and supporting team goals by creating and maintaining positive relationship with team members
-Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
-Confident in presenting and selling memberships and packages
-Able to stand for long peroids of time
-Weekend availability
-Flexible to travel to different clinics
-Upholding The Joint Chiropractic core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILTIY
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
