- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, delivering excellent customer service.
- Manage client accounts, including new business onboarding, renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
- Analyze and recommend suitable insurance products based on client needs.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, policies, and other pertinent documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to offer top-tier client solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and claims teams to provide seamless support to clients.
- Participate in training and development programs to foster continuous learning.
- Proven experience in insurance account management, preferably with commercial lines.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in insurance management systems and technology tools.
