Job Description
- Investigate workers' compensation claims to determine compensability.
- Gather and analyze information such as medical records, accident reports, and statements from involved parties.
- Determine the extent of the employer’s liability and the injured worker’s eligibility for benefits.
- Coordinate and authorize appropriate medical treatment and rehabilitation services.
- Communicate with claimants, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives.
- 5 Years Workers Comp Experience
- Litigated Experience
- Med Only/Indemnity
- Caseload - 140 (20-35%) litigated.
- Preferred Licensure: SIP
