Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously at the cashier station
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure a clean dining environment
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash
- Assist with food handling and delivery to tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep or catering tasks when required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries professionally
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards
- Previous experience as a busser or server is a plus
