The Kahlon Network is seeking an Entry to Junior level Attorney to join the Birmingham office of a growing Immigration firm. The firm is seeking an attorney with a passion for immigration matters and an entrepreneurial personality to join their thriving practice. Attention to detail and strong writing and interpersonal skills are the key to success in this close-knit and charismatic office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on removal, humanitarian and other immigration-focused matters. The firm counsels clients and assists them with filing applications in immigration matters including: Naturalization (Citizenship); Adjustment of status (Green Cards); Family-based Petitions; Employment authorization; Temporary Protected Status (TPS); and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Interested candidates must have a JD and be licensed or able to become licensed to practice in Alabama. Knowledge of and/or experience in immigration law or working with the immigrant community is a plus. Prior Litigation or Family Law experience is also a plus. Spanish language ability preferred.
