Role Summary:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Credit Analyst is a key member of the Finance Team. As part of our team, you will manage customer accounts, contact customers to resolve payment issues, and assist in providing solutions to customers and Sales on open balances. Our ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with a diverse array of teams, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and has an eye for detail.
Exciting work you will do:
- The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage open customer accounts
- Contact customers to resolve delinquent payment issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify root causes for non-payment and achieve resolution
- Work with the Accounts Receivable to reconcile customer payment concerns
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you’ll need:
- Work Experience: Prior credit analysis experience is desired but we will train for the right candidate
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Critical thinking and an eye for detail; Competent with MS Office and Excel
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional skills: Capable of relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving and follow through with internal and external partners
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications we prefer but don’t require:
- Work Experience: 2 years’ experience in B2B credit and collections
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience using an ERP system
- Other: General knowledge of lien laws and related procedures
