General practice law firm. The right candidate will have at least one (1) year previous experience in a law office. You must also be dependable, friendly and able to multi-task. You may also be responsible for:
- Preparing rough drafts of legal documents
- Communicating with attorney and clients to keep everyone up to date
- Assisting with billing and collections
- Schedule client meetings, appointments, hearings, depositions and mediations
- Maintain a case review and files for reference and review
