The King's Daughters' School is a private, year-round residential boarding school for students with intellectual disabilities and autism located in Columbia, TN. We are seeking a responsible, reliable Program Managers with a heart to serve to lead and provide direct care to our residents.
Minimum qualifications
- Possess a Bachelors’ Degree
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Have experience working in a program for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Be in good health and free of mental and/or physical limitations which would interfere in dealing appropriately with the client’s handicapping conditions and behavior disorders
- Clean criminal background (no felony convictions, abuse, assault, neglect convictions).
Schedule is 1pm-9pm Monday-Friday but may include some hours outside of those times due to program needs.
Essential Duties include:
- Lead an on-campus residence in implementing best practices.
- Serve as direct care in residence.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of a warm, family-or home-like environment conducive to the achievement of optimal development by the clients.
