TKG Management, Inc. is a Columbia, Missouri, based leading national, privately held real estate developer, investor and property manager. We develop and manage large retail power centers across the country.
As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking a Property Manager. Responsibilities include the overall physical and financial management of assigned properties, including site visits, scheduling maintenance work, maintaining positive tenant relations, and budgeting. Some travel is required.
The successful candidate will have 3 years of prior related experience, superior communication skills, intermediate to above average Excel skills, motivated, a proven ability to work independently and contribute as a successful team member. We are a fast-paced, strong growth, entrepreneurial company. We offer a business casual environment.
