Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate at a high level.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on real estate procedures

MUST Live in AZ (but don't have to work from the office), Must have an Arizona Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
