The Landings is looking for experience Marina Forklift Operators to work at Landings Harbor Marina.

Primary Duties Include:
- Operates marina forklift to move boats in and out of the water and racks to ensure resident boat
- Performs regular maintenance and safety checks on marina equipment and forklifts.
- Performs a wide variety of customer service tasks including fueling boats, hoisting boats, washing boatsand assisting in loading/unloading equipment from boats.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, removing trash, cleaning, plumbing, painting, light electrical, dock repair and pressure-washing docks/buildings.
- Provides navigational direction to assist boaters in unfamiliar waters and to ensure marina traffic is organized.
- Exemplifies personal safety to reduce the potential for accidents to include:use of proper personal protective equipment, following all TLA safety standards, proactively encouraging safe work behaviors in other team members, and reporting immediately all work-related accidents, incidents and near-misses.
