Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Provide exemplary customer service to our expatriate employees by being the primary point of contact to analyze and explain all components related to international compensation and taxation
- Perform reconciliations and detailed audits to ensure accurate processing of compensation
- Resolve day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity
- Process monthly salaried payroll
- Assist in payroll software updating and testing - monthly, weekly, interim
- Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Responsible for unclaimed property
- Coordinate, prepare and update monthly team schedule
- Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the area of payroll, accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of payroll principles and procedures
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- JDEdwards experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a team player
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, dependable, self-starter, and team player with a professional image, who is capable of handling highly confidential information
